Iris Padrón, President and Broker at The Power House RES

Iris Padrón is a real estate veteran with over 20 years of experience.

Iris was born in Cuba and raised in Miami, Florida. Her passion for helping individuals achieve their dreams and goals led her to the real estate industry. 

Our communication and work ethic is reflected in the way we work with our clients.

Iris started her career as a receptionist at a title company, where she was allowed to learn more about the real estate business. However, she was still curious about how the entire process of purchasing and financing a home worked. With this in mind, Iris moved quickly to learn about the post-closing and closure procedure. She acquired her licenses for Title Agent, Real Estate Broker, and Real Estate Agent. 

She shows her giving nature in her work and is a woman of her word. Her work ethic speaks for itself. For Iris, the qualities of understanding, empathy, and collaboration are focused priorities in her team. 

My team is like my family, without them, The Power House RES would not run smoothly.
